The Journey of A Thousand Miles Begins With a Single Step.......

Therapy can be one of the most profound, cathartic and challenging experiences in a person's self-development and healing. Having personally experienced being both a client and a counselor, I know of the insightful and cathartic ways in which therapy can bring new insights and deeper meaning into our lives.

With over 10 years of experience working as social worker and therapist for adults and youth in Toronto's urban Indigenous community, I am honoured to be now offering my services privately to individuals who are looking for a supportive and experiential therapeutic experience. Using an approach that combines the methodologies of Gestalt therapy, anti-oppressive practice and Indigenous (Anishnaabe) teachings, I work with clients relationally and holistically, supporting them in their unique process of self-discovery and personal development.

Choosing the right therapist for you can be one of the most important decisions you make on your path to self-discovery. Authenticity is one of my most cherished values, both personally and professionally, and one in which I strive to bring in every session. Authenticity brings integrity and meaning to the therapeutic relationship; it is a core value that my clients can always expect when coming in for a session with me.
